Some pieces are ready to go.
Some are made especially for you.

Because of that, delivery times may vary.

Production & Delivery Time

Ready-to-Ship Products

For non-personalized products, orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

5–10 business days

Personalized Products

Personalized pieces take a little more time because they are created specifically for you.

Depending on the product, we may need to:

  • Create your personalized design
  • Translate or adapt your name
  • Confirm the design
  • Hand-carve or engrave the piece
  • Complete the final inspection
  • Carefully prepare it for shipping

Estimated delivery time:

7–14 business days

For products requiring design approval, production begins after the required personalization details have been confirmed.

Before Your Order Ships

A little extra care for something made for you.

For selected personalized products, we may send you a photo or preview of the finished piece before shipping.

This gives you a chance to see what we've created for you.

If a response is required and we don't hear back within 3 business days, we'll proceed according to the personalization details provided with your order so your package isn't unnecessarily delayed.

We currently ship to many destinations worldwide.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow a little time for the tracking information to become active after the package enters the carrier's system.

Occasionally, an order may take longer because of:

  • Local holidays
  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

These delays are outside our direct control, but we'll always do our best to help you locate your order.

Let us know before you order.

If you're ordering for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, holiday, or another important occasion, please allow enough time for both production and delivery.

For personalized gifts especially, we recommend ordering early.

If you have a specific deadline, contact us before placing your order and we'll let you know what we can reasonably accommodate.
